Founded in 2021 by Aean (strosaki), the neogroup Corporation, known as the neogroup, is an Asian media & entertainment company that is based in the Metaverse.The neogroup is one of the platform's** largest provider of Fan + Artist based communities, with approximately 10,000+* members combined.

2022 Year in Review
In 2022, the neogroup relaunched as the neogroup Corporation, with a goal to broaden our spectrum of services in the Metaverse.Since then, the neogroup Corporation has launched and currently operates 3 subsidiaries, with all of them focusing on the production of entertainment and media in the Metaverse.What started out as a small team that produced Artist Fan-Groups that were based only on SM Entertainment artists, has now become one of the largest Asian Entertainment & Media companies on the ROBLOX platform.
Artist Fan-Groups
In 2022, our Artist Fan-Group for aespa was the most active & the most popular Artist Fan-Group, maintaining its 3-year streak.
The group saw approximately 3,000 new members this year.
(December 1, 2021: 3,653 / December 1, 2022: 6,652)
The neogroup Corporation saw approximately 3,633 new members, combined from all Artist Fan-Groups.
(December 1, 2021: 5,864 / December 1, 2022: 9,497)
Our Artist Fan-Group for SuperM was the only group that saw a decline in members.
Because of the artist's inactivity, the group lost approximately 21 members.
With the launch of the neogroup Corporation & it's brand new purpose, Artist Fan-Groups can now be based on any Asian musical artist in any genre, not just K-Pop.
In November 2022, the neogroup Corporation launched it's first Artist Fan-Group based in Southeast Asia.
The 2022 NEO K-Pop Awards
The 2022 NEO K-Pop Awards maintained its 3-year streak of being an Online Voting Event only, despite its massive plans for its first-ever live ceremony.
The judging criteria for the award show were entirely revised for its 3rd year, as the event persists on keeping its promise & goal of being a fair and unbiased award show.
If the live ceremony were to continue, the lineup of the show would've consisted of aespa, BLACKPINK, ITZY, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, NCT 127 & DREAM, NewJeans, NMIXX, Stray Kids, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and TWICE.
Due to schedule problems with half of the performers & staff, the show was cancelled.
The 2022 NEO K-Pop Awards nominated several K-Pop acts that truly shined in 2022, with the majority of the nominees being groups from the 4th generation of K-Pop.
BLACKPINK won the most awards this year. (7)
Despite the event being a "K-Pop" award show, the event still has categories based on other Asian artists & genres.
A brand new category was created for R&B/Indie artists, with BIBI & DPR IAN winning the award for Best R&B or Indie Artist by gender.
Past winners such as NCT 127, NCT DREAM, aespa, and ITZY failed to receive any awards this year, despite their massive popularity this year.
This year, approximately 822 genuine votes were counted, which is the largest amount of votes ever counted in NKA history.
